    I'll have to listen to this when I get a chance. I just sent an email to Delegate Clagett to see if he is interested in supporting this issue. He introduced the Clothesline bill and the Dining with Dogs bill, so maybe he'll be be interested in introducing an Urban Chicken bill for Frederick!
